Room assignments are based on availability, and while we strive to match preferences, substitutions may occur. If included in the package, individual event passes are provided per registered guest and are subject to availability. Package pricing covers one room per group and does not include additional fees such as registration, taxes, service charges, or late fees, which may be applied at checkout. Event dates, schedules, and details are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers. In the event of significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify guests in advance. Refund Policy | All payments to YOLLO Group Services are non-refundable and non-transferable. The registration fee and the first scheduled payment secure your reservation and are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will result in an in-house credit of 50% of payments made, valid for one year toward future travel packages. Cancellations within 60 days of the event, or due to non-payment, will forfeit all payments made. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
