Earn While You Share the HBCU Alumni Experience

HBCU Alumni Getaway Cruise Brand Ambassador Program: YOLLO Group Services, Inc. ('we', 'YOLLO', or 'Company') is offering an opportunity for current or previous guests, and interested parties to participate in the HBCU Alumni Getaway Cruise Brand Ambassador Program ('Program'), where they can refer others to join the HBCU Alumni Getaway Cruise.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 21 years of age. Open to legal U.S. residents only. All participants act as independent contractors and are not employees of the Company.

Privacy: Any information collected about participants in the Program will be used solely for the purposes of identifying participants, facilitating communication, and processing payments. We will not sell or share this information with any third-party groups. YOLLO may share participant data with third-party payment processors, tax authorities, or legal entities when required by law. All personal data will be handled in accordance with YOLLO Group Services' privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.goyollo.com/privacy-policy.

Earnings Structure: All earnings are performance-based commissions tied to confirmed, paid reservations generated through the ambassador’s unique referral link/code. No guaranteed minimum earnings. Payouts depend solely on successful registrations. Commission rates, tiers, or eligibility for bonuses may change at YOLLO's discretion. YOLLO will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or an ambassador portal. Minor corrections or non-substantive changes may be implemented without prior notice. Ambassadors are prohibited from self-referring to earn commissions.

Compensation: Commissions are performance-based and not guaranteed. Payments are made only for confirmed registrations with full payments received. Commission tiers are cumulative. As you reach a new tier, only the additional referrals beyond the previous tier qualify for the higher rate. Referrals accumulate throughout the program period and do not reset when reaching a new tier.

Commission Tiers are cumulative:

• Neophyte Tier (0-16 referrals): $50 per person
• Prophyte Tier (17-32 referrals): $75 per person
• Run Da Yard Tier (33+ referrals): $100 per person
• The top ambassador bonus: ($400)

Top Ambassador bonus will be awarded provided the winner has at least 15 confirmed referrals.

Payment Terms: Commissions are paid within 14 days of receiving confirmation of a paid registration. Once the referred buyer registers, the corresponding ambassador qualifies for the commission. Ambassadors must provide accurate and up-to-date payment details and notify YOLLO promptly of any changes. YOLLO is not responsible for payment delays due to incorrect banking information provided by the ambassador. All payments will be made in U.S. dollars via a payment method determined by YOLLO.

Responsibilities: Ambassadors agree to promote the event ethically and legally, adhering to all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, including disclosing sponsorships and partnerships in all promotional materials. Ambassadors are responsible for tracking their referrals and ensuring accuracy. Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees. Ambassadors may not use spam or intrusive marketing practices, such as mass unsolicited emails or deceptive advertising. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of commissions and immediate removal from the program.

Benefits: Participation in the YOLLO Ambassador Program does not entitle ambassadors to complimentary cabins, travel packages, or fully subsidized trips. Ambassadors may qualify for a 20% discount on the HBCU Alumni Getaway Cruise and a 10% discount on other YOLLO event packages, subject to availability, program guidelines, and YOLLO's sole discretion. This discount is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly authorized by YOLLO. To be eligible, ambassadors must have at least five (5) confirmed referrals. YOLLO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate ambassador benefits at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights: All YOLLO trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other branding elements ("YOLLO IP") are the exclusive property of YOLLO Group Services, Inc. Ambassadors are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use YOLLO IP solely for promoting the HBCU Alumni Getaway Cruise during their participation in the Program. Ambassadors agree not to modify, alter, or create derivative works of any YOLLO IP. Any promotional materials created by ambassadors remain their property, but YOLLO reserves the right to use such materials for marketing purposes. Upon termination of participation, ambassadors must cease all use of YOLLO IP.

Confidentiality: During participation in the Program, ambassadors may have access to confidential information including but not limited to marketing strategies, pricing details, and business operations. Ambassadors agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and use it solely for Program participation purposes. This obligation continues even after termination from the Program.

Limitation of Liability: YOLLO Group Services, Inc. is not liable for:

• Ambassadors’ failure to earn commissions.
• Technical errors affecting referral tracking.
• Disputes between ambassadors and referred guests.
• Changes to the cruise event schedule, pricing, or availability.
• Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events impacting program operations.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in this program.

No Guaranteed Results: YOLLO Group Services, Inc. makes no warranties about potential earnings. Individual results vary based on effort, audience, and market conditions. Participation in this program does not constitute a guarantee of financial success.

Termination: YOLLO Group Services, Inc. reserves the right to remove ambassadors from the program for:

• Fraudulent activity (e.g., fake referrals).
• Misrepresentation of the brand.
• Violation of these terms.
• Ambassadors may be terminated without prior notice at YOLLO's sole discretion.
• YOLLO reserves the right to discontinue the ambassador program at any time without liability.

Non-Disparagement: Ambassadors agree not to make any statements, written or verbal, that disparage, defame, or discredit YOLLO Group Services, Inc., its products, services, or employees. This provision does not prohibit truthful statements required by legal process or applicable law.

Indemnification: Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOLLO Group Services, Inc., its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the program. This indemnification extends to liabilities, damages, or costs, including legal fees, resulting from any violation of these terms.
